Having lost my partner to heatstroke, I’m working alone today on a suspended rebar insertion job...
And with the torrential rain, even the insides of my rain boots were soaking wet...

The course is just under 7 meters, so it's no big deal, but it was exhausting! lol
It really is a lot of work to do it all by myself, isn't it? lol
But well, since there's no one around and we don't have a deadline, let's try to make some progress anyway!
Since the four of us can drill while injecting tomorrow, we'll have a little breathing room lol.

This time, I had a director and a tow truck operator with me, so I wasn't completely on my own.
The danger of working completely alone is that if something happens, no one will come to your aid. You won't be able to contact anyone.
It is more likely to be neglected.
What's more, it takes much longer for them to be discovered, soPoses a risk to lifeThat's right.

And in reality,Working alone is extremely inefficient.That's right.
Unless you absolutely have to, I can't recommend it.
I went ahead with the work this time because I couldn't get a tow truck, but normally I wouldn't do it. (I almost died, lol.)
The kind of movement described above is extremely wasteful.
I still think that separating the front-end and back-end operations will allow us to work more efficiently.
But things like this do happen every now and then, don't they?
Last summer, I was also using a spring drill on my own to drill a double-pipe borehole...
This is really tough, but since the drill is small, I can reach the lever with my hand, so I can do it—though I don't recommend it.
That said, I think it'll be possible to use a remote control before long.
Is there any developer already working on this?
Even backhoes have remote controls these days, so it's surprising that this one doesn't have one—especially since it has so few hydraulic functions and no rotary percussion...
I think I'll end up doing the operation while taking a break in the shade of a tree.
If that happens, maybe there'll even come a day when the two of us co-host a show...!?
If that happens, efficiency would skyrocket, right? That’s certainly possible.
