It's made of PC steel wire, so it doesn't tend to get taut.
If there are a lot of PC strands, isn't it difficult to thread them through the jack holes and align them properly?
If there were just a decent spacer near the opening, this wouldn't happen, right?

Even when using a guide wire, if there are too many strands, the steel wires don't quite line up, do they?
If you install the anchor head while the PC strand is twisted, the strand will bend, making it difficult to attach the head.
Do you understand this expression?
For example, if there is an object like the one shown in the figure below at the hole opening, you can always determine the exact position of the prestressing steel strands when the anchor body is installed.
It's especially tough when installing a jack, isn't it? (Like with a U-turn-style jack.)
So, I paint the PC steel wire or color-code it each time. (After attaching and detaching the poly hose)
If it's not there, it must definitely be wrinkled.
I think there's some kind of strange friction going on.
I really want to figure this out... Well, if the manufacturer would just take care of it, it would really improve both workability and quality...
When I go out to the field, I still make all kinds of discoveries.
I believe this kind of thinking is important for myself as well, so I always keep it in mind.
