Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I've been really busy lately, and I've been getting up early and staying up late every day.
So, I'm driving on the highway and I'm super sleepy!
I'm so sleepy I could just... *sigh*~~~

I was so sleepy that I closed my eyes for a moment, felt a sudden chill, and thought I’d woken up—but then I felt sleepy again!
There's just nothing we can do about it, is there!
Actually, that thing is..."The Highway Hypnosis Phenomenon"That's what they say.
Apparently, you tend to get sleepy when driving straight down a monotonous stretch of road with no traffic lights, heading in only one direction.
Common Countermeasures
These are generally well-known countermeasures, but I’ll list them here.
Let some fresh air in.
Talk to the passenger.
I put on some music and get really into it.
Chew gum.
I drink coffee.
I take a Minmin Daha.
I slap my face.
I pinch my eyelid.
Slapping my crotch lol
Shout.
Press the acupressure point.
I'll call.
Conclusion
Even if you do all of the above, it's all for nothing!

That's because your bodies...I'm really tired.That's right!
I'm so tired—there's no way I can put up with something like that!
First, please acknowledge that you are tired.
Here are some solutions!
Countermeasures
This is a method I developed during my 20-year career as a slope engineer.
As someone who works on long-span slopes, I know this is unavoidable, but taking precautions will help reduce accidents.
I don’t want slope maintenance workers to get hurt, and I don’t want to see their numbers decrease, so I’m going to teach you!
If you start to feel sleepy while driving on the highway, pull into a rest area and get some sleep!
Did you think, "You idiot!"? lol
You were thinking, "That's totally normal!" right? LOL
It's nothing special, but,This is the bestThat's it.
That Method
First, set the alarm on your cell phone before going to bed.17 minutesPlease set it to this setting. Cover your face with a towel or something to make it darker.
Well, I'm going to bed.
The alarm will wake me up in 17 minutes—no problem.
I’m a little sleepy at that point, but I force myself to get out of the car and go to the restroom.
If you do that, you should be mostly awake by then.
Theory
In the endIt is designed to align with the human sleep cycleThat's all, but,It works like a charmThat's it.

Stages 1 and 2 on the vertical axis, which indicate the depth of sleep, correspond to REM sleep—a stage of light sleep—and are said to last about 15 to 30 minutes.
So, in the 17 minutes I mentioned earlier, I’m factoring in about 1 to 3 minutes of delay before falling asleep. (Based on my experiments, 17 minutes is when I’m most likely to wake up.)
That way, you're sure to get a nap of about 15 minutes, which will refresh your brain. (Results may vary.)
Be careful, because once you reach stages 3 or 4, it becomes quite difficult to wake up.
If possible, try setting your alarm in one-minute increments to see which time works best for you to wake up feeling refreshed.
I think you'll find the best time.
Summary
So, when you leave in the morning, please leave 17 minutes early lol
I know that's tough, too, but please do that.
There are quite a few people who aren't usually sleepy and can head straight to the job site, but,
If you're ever completely exhausted and can't keep your eyes open, please go to sleep!
Just go even if you're late.
I think it's okay to be honest and say that I got sleepy on site and ended up napping for 17 minutes.
It's way better than getting into an accident!
There's absolutely no problem.
Everyone comes to the worksite as usual, does their work as usual, and goes home.
This is what everyday happiness is all about!
You shouldn't wait until you've lost something to realize it.
Please realize this before you lose it!
See you later.
