You must use a distribution panel.
When Using a Distribution Panel
For example, it’s okay to connect a spray gun (motor) directly to a generator, but
You must not connect the Belcon directly to it.
This is because the spray machine is equipped with a magnetic switch, a thermal switch, and a circuit breaker.
Some of the Belcon units we use may not be equipped with circuit breakers.
Therefore, the correct sequence is: generator → distribution panel → Belcon.
You might want to keep this in mind
Circuit Breaker: This device is equipped with a feature that automatically cuts off the power in the event of an electrical leak (ground fault).
Magnetic Switch + Thermal: This is a device that detects heat and shuts off the motor when it becomes overloaded.
These two items are always included when a motor is used.
Instructions for Use
I think Belcon motors are around 1 kW, and even the largest ones are probably around 1.5 kW.
While there are some detailed calculations involved with circuit breakers, to put it simply, a 30A circuit breaker will do just fine.
If you're using two Belcon units, you'll need two circuit breakers.
And on top of that, you'll also need a main circuit breaker.
Please use a circuit breaker rated at approximately 100A.
100A (Parent) → 30A (Child) – 30A (Child)
The reality on the ground is
