The water filter on my pressure washer broke! lol

These break pretty easily, don't they?
What's more, the filter part is made of an ultra-thin sheet of iron, and the hose part is made of plastic.
We won't be able to repair it if things stay this way.
I could have replaced the hose's threaded section with a metal one, but for now, since the plastic threaded section fits the 6-bun size, I'll use a 6-bun coupler.
On the filter side, I used couplings with different diameters—a 4-minute, a 6-minute, and a 4-minute one.

If there's galvanized coating, it just sparks and won't weld, so I'll grind off the galvanized coating.

In the end, I peeled it all the way to the top lol

Since working with thin stainless steel is definitely beyond the capabilities of an amateur, I’ll have Yuki, a college student working part-time at Wakazono Manufacturing, handle it.
I've been training for two years now, so I'm a pro. (If I can meet my clients' requests and get paid, that makes me a pro, right?)

Anyway, this is how it turned out.
Since the machined areas are prone to rust, we apply a room-temperature plating spray after degreasing.

That's great.
Finally, install it, and you're done.

This should last me for a while.
If something can't be repaired, I have no choice but to buy a new one, but if it still works, I'll use it until it can't be used anymore. I'll even repair it if I have to.

It's easy to throw things away, but if you learn to use them thoughtfully, it becomes a learning experience.
