Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Our company primarily uses the cloud service Dropbox for exchanging and storing documents.

Since we have accounts for our management staff, the cost is fairly high, but I figure it’s worth it for the convenience.
Using paper at this point would be a nightmare.
But sometimes I just act like an idiot, lol.
Maybe once a year—or maybe not...
So I deleted all the data on my computer and uninstalled the Dropbox app.
If you reinstall Dropbox, it will start working again.
If Dropbox were to go down right now, it would be a total disaster, but basically everything is in the cloud and should be safely stored there, lol.
The best part is that I don't have to worry at all even if my computer crashes, and it's great that I can instantly check the data on my smartphone during meetings even if I forget the paper copies.
Since we mainly use Dropbox, I'm not familiar with other cloud services, but it seems you can integrate it with various ones.
I also store backups of other system files in Dropbox, so I have a backup of my backups.
These days, you need a backup of your backup, so maybe I'll end up signing up for some other cloud services too?? lol
Also, I'm downloading something today, so I can't use my photo files lol
It's a shame that I can only use what I find online...

Data is extremely important.
You should all be very careful and make sure to create a backup of your backup.
It just gives you a whole different sense of security, lol.
Well, some cloud services do offer recovery options in case things go completely haywire, so I think that’s fine too.
See you later.
