Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I received many kind words from various people.
To be honest, just because it’s been 10 years doesn’t mean anything to me personally; I’m just going about my work as usual.
Still, it’s really just a small milestone, so it’s a good way to look at it as a day to express gratitude to everyone.
We will continue to operate as usual, so we appreciate your continued support.

But that's beside the point.
Tips for Drilling Straight Holes
Do you think it's possible to drill a straight hole?
Is it possible to drill a hole exactly as intended?
The answer isNOThat's it.
That said, an experienced operator who knows the machine’s quirks might be able to do it.
However,Even just drilling a straight hole the usual way is a real challenge. That's it.
Depending on the soil conditions, there is a high likelihood that the drill bit will bend even when drilling a hole only about 10 meters deep.
To be honest, since I was on the management side myself, I didn't really understand how difficult it was to drill straight holes.
Now I really feel it in my bones—it’s tough these days, lol.
That said, I’ll just ask our employees to do it (lol)

When it comes to things like catch basins or tie-rod drilling (drilling horizontally to create holes at specified locations),
Since the position of the hole is predetermined, this makes it particularly difficult.
Anyone who does curved drilling operations is truly a pro among pros! I really think they're amazing.
This is a technique that involves using a gyro sensor for verification, but it can’t be done by an inexperienced operator.
So, here's the trick to digging straight, for starters.
Let's start with the machine.

This is the guide section at the tip of the rotary percussion device.
Since the casing sits on top of this, it keeps rubbing against it more and more.
This causes the drill bit to wobble.
The newer it is, the less variation there will be.

Next is the original part of the swivel mechanism.
That's a shank rod, isn't it?
If there's even a little wear here, the lead will slip down.
The parts here are crazy expensive, lol.
Next is drilling. When it comes to precision, we tend to be a bit more cautious, but,
Drill the holes as usual. That's it.
It is precisely during drilling operations that require high precision that you can identify the machine's errors by drilling as you normally would.
Does this machine turn left? Does it turn right? Does it go to the top left?
It’s important to identify that pattern, so just drill as you normally would.
That said, it’s also heavily influenced by the soil type, soThis is it!!
I can't say that.
It’s important to use a drilling machine with a drilling method suited to the soil conditions.

Next,Setting the drilling diameter larger than the specified size will improve accuracy.
For a hole diameter of φ90, drilling with a φ115 bit will ensure the hole is straight.
And finally,Drilling with the largest machine possible will take the accuracy up another notch.
However, this depends on site conditions, such as whether machinery can be brought in or not.
Conversely, the smaller the aircraft, the greater the risk of the hole warping, and
In the worst-case scenario, it might get jammed and won't come out... Digging holes is a complex business.
I think anyone can dig a hole about 10 meters deep. (It might not be perfectly straight, though.)
However, once you go beyond that, you’re definitely entering the realm of the professionals.
Even our employees sometimes encounter extremely difficult rock formations when drilling holes that are only about 15 meters deep.
We’re going through a lot of trouble to drill these holes. But even this hard work is part of the drilling process that leads to the next step.
It makes me happy to think that my level is going to keep going up like this.

I’m writing as if I know everything, but I actually have master teachers who are like sages in various fields! lol
When I'm stuck, I call my mentors and ask for their guidance.
When I'm stuck, my mentors tell me about every possibility they can think of.
I'm so grateful to my mentors! Thank you so much!
I'm just freely sharing those teachings (techniques) with everyone across the country without asking anyone's permission, lol.
Eventually, I’d like to introduce companies with experienced teams as well.
See you later.
