Today, I delivered some machinery to the job site.
I was in Shizuoka, and it was absolute pollen hell!! lol
The pollen is just crazy...
Well, that's a long story, lol.
But that's beside the point.
You often see photos of cement slurry overflowing from anchor works and the like, right?

It looks something like this.
But this is a pain to wash, isn't it? lol
I want to cut back even a little bit.
I find myself thinking, “Wouldn’t it be better if you could see it from above? Is it really necessary to spill it so dramatically?”
It does look kind of nice when it's spilled all over the place, though.
Well, with replacement grouting, the strength of the grout in the diluted areas is a problem, so it’s necessary to verify that the grout is of a sufficiently high concentration.
So, here it is!

You know those trumpet-shaped tubes they use when inserting anchor bodies, right?
That's the thing that prevents the anchor body from getting worn down by the corners of the outer casing, right?

I previously created a design using 3D CAD and had a metal fabrication company produce the actual part.
Of course, it’s finished with a completely rounded shape—no sharp edges at all—so it feels smooth to the touch!
This was created by welding an old casing onto it, and the result was,Trumpet Pipe PlusThat's right lol
When inserting the anchor, use it as a funnel to check for overflow during grouting without spilling any material.

This is another tip I borrowed from my mentor, but it's very practical.
The bell section is bent, but it's quite expensive.
In terms of the amount,
Trumpet section = 10,000 yen (40,000–60,000 yen if made using spin-forming)
What Is Spinning?
Used, cut-up casing that's unusable = 5,000 yen?
Drilling holes in the casing + 2-inch bamboo shoot cut + welding = 5,000 yen
It looks like it'll cost about 20,000!! (excluding tax)
I think we could do it cheaper in-house, but determining the size of the trumpet tube and drilling the holes would probably be difficult.
