Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It's gotten really hot all of a sudden, hasn't it!

I think that while heatstroke prevention measures are actually being implemented on-site, individuals aren't doing anything about it.
I think it’s something you should really keep in mind.
So, what can you do to prevent heatstroke?
Let's think about that.
Well, I suppose this is something you’d hear at any security checkpoint, but,
1. Alcohol Consumed the Previous Day
2. Tea or coffee from the day before
3. Lack of Sleep
4. Breakfast on the Day of the Event
5. Ramen for lunch

It is generally said that most people who suffer from heatstroke are dehydrated due to their activities the previous day.
Even so, I drink alcohol, which has a diuretic effect, and coffee, which also has a diuretic effect, and since I don't eat breakfast, I don't drink much water.
But the best part is the ramen for lunch, lol.
I recommend this place, lol
Please drink plenty of water!
Be sure to drink plenty of water at the ramen shop.
Anyway, when it starts getting hot, I just can't bring myself to drink water.
So, starting now during the rainy season, it's time to practice staying well-hydrated.
It's water, not juice or Pocari.
Let's have a good time drinking!
See you later
