The Start of the Long Weekend Means Tackling the Backlog of Work | A Slope Maintenance Contractor’s Long Weekend

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Our long weekend starts today, but as usual, I'm working.

70% of our employees are working lol (they're out in the field)

Well, I suppose it’s unavoidable given the circumstances on site, but I really appreciate it.

That said, with everyone staying home these days, I don’t have anything to do or anywhere to go even during the Golden Week holiday—so should I just do something at home?

A mountain of paperwork

I'm going to power through all the pending estimates, cost estimates, construction plans, basic test plans, and control charts! lol

Now I just have to go take some drone footage at the site where we finished up!

At a private construction site that wrapped up the other day, the client requested drone footage.

It's in the city, but I'll pop out first thing in the morning when there aren't many cars on the road to quickly snap some shots with a drone weighing less than 200 grams.

The image quality isn't quite as good with a small drone, but I guess that's just how it is.

Moldam

It looks something like this.

This is rebar insertion work, but there’s a little secret here, lol.

I'm hoping to be able to release it during the long weekend as well.

See you later.
