This mistake is something you can't really tell unless you look at it from a long-term perspective, but,

In actual construction, applying grease to the anchor head after tightening is surprisingly rare.
Generally, you apply grease to the head cap and close the lid.
I think that's it.
This cap is a KTB, but there is grease inside the inner cap.
You're wearing this just as it is, right?
That won't work.
Normally, you'd think that's the end of it, right?
But with this setup, it still rusts.
