I hope good safety rules will spread rapidly across the country, but I hope “flashy safety” will disappear.

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Safety Conference

Safety meetings are being held all over the place, aren't they?

There are good safety meetings, and then there are safety meetings that make you go, “Huh?” lol

Well, that's just my personal opinion, though.

It may look like we're doing this for the public, but this safety meeting is actually all for our own company's benefit, but,

As a construction company, we work with all kinds of general contractors, don't we?

So, what safety measures are universally useful no matter where you go (on-site)?

On the other hand, there are some safety measures that make you wonder, “What’s that all about?”...

I'm sure you've all experienced this, but who is this safety measure really for??

You know how it is, right?

That's just an internal rule, after all.

Company rules are guidelines designed to protect the company and ensure that there are no compliance violations.

Compliance

On the contrary, this is seriously great!

This is a safety measure that should be implemented nationwide, isn't it!

There's also that.

For example, you must always wear safety glasses on the job site.

Any pair of glasses will do.

That's what I like about it!

Whether your eyesight is good or bad, whether you're wearing sunglasses or safety glasses.

From the perspective of protecting your eyes from sudden splashes, I suppose that makes sense.

I like that you don't insist on wearing safety glasses lol

Puma Safety Shoes

Everyone on site must wear safety shoes!

This one's nice, too, isn't it?

They say it's not limited to safety boots with laces—any type of safety footwear is acceptable.

There are some work sites that insist you have to wear safety boots, but there’s no clear basis for that, right? lol (It’s just a company rule.)

The 333 Movement

When drilling, I think it's also a great idea for the operator to raise both hands when they stop working and lean in closer.

The machine won't move while your hand is raised.

In crane operations,The 333 MovementI like that, too.

Wait 3 seconds after securing the load,

After raising the suspended load by 30 cm, stop briefly to check its condition,

And stay 3 meters away from the suspended load

I really hope that good safety practices continue to spread widely.

SuperficialSparkling SafetyI really hope we can do away with (safety measures that are just for internal compliance) lol

Everyone on the front lines understands this, but company rules...

That's tough, isn't it?

See you later.
