Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It looks like half the year is already over! lol
Time sure flies, doesn't it?
Before I knew it, spring had turned into the rainy season!
It's just a moment.
Let's stay focused and keep things safe for the next six months!
But that's beside the point.
This time, it's this thing that you all know so well

Something has changed!
Since they went out of their way to send it to me (well, I did buy it, lol), I’d like to introduce it.
Do you understand?
What has changed?

The only image I had of the old one was the one above—can you tell what it is?

This bit is designed to maintain a diameter of at least 65 even after wear from use!
This hasn't changed.

Actually, this part has changed!
I can't tell just by looking at it, but I think it'll stand out if the color changes when I use it.
There's a tip in here!
There's a chip inside the case!

Since it's securely attached with wax, it probably won't come off easily.

You're probably wondering, "Is this actually useful?" right?
As anyone who has actually drilled a hole knows, when drilling a single hole, there’s inevitably a significant size difference between the rod and the bit.
When you’re drilling forward and a large rock falls onto the rod behind the bit, a top-heavy bit becomes hard to pull out!
If a rock falls behind the bit, the bit will get stuck and won't come out!
This back bit is the one that allows you to pull out the rock while breaking it up, isn't it?
Even while backing up, since it has a tip, you can pull it out while smashing it to pieces.
I hope this makes drilling a little easier.
What's more, this is the only company that makes drill bits that maintain their bore diameter even after a certain amount of wear!
The standard bit is φ65.
Since the single borehole diameter specified in the design is 65 mm, there is no problem.
However, after drilling 20 or 30 holes, the number is always lower.
Depending on the rock type, the borehole diameter may fail to meet specifications at an earlier stage.
I really think this manufacturer is the only one that offers that specific bit.
(I haven't been using anything other than this bit lately, so I'm not sure, lol. Are there any other companies out there??)
It may seem like a small thing, but efforts like this on the part of companies are important.
I really love that spirit of wanting to do whatever I can for the customers! I want to follow their example!
See you later.
I recommend Mr. Hieda from the Yokohama Sales Office lol. He's a really great guy! lol
