The Meaning of Frame-to-Frame Intersection Anchor Pins | Selling Construction Services

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There are anchor pins for the frame assembly, right?

There is one at the junction and about 2 to 6 on the crossbeams.

When installing rock bolts or ground anchors in the center, they are also driven into the ends of the intersections.

Craftsmen often ask me, “If we’re installing rock bolts or anchors, we don’t need intersection anchor pins, right?”

It’s not as if you can just say, “Well, since it’s included in the design cost, logically speaking, we don’t need it, right?”

This means that I won't be paid as a formwork worker until this is poured.

This way of thinking is actually very important.

If the project were completed by spraying mortar without pouring it in place,Obvious Construction DefectsThat's it.

Everything listed in the design must be constructed.

ThatThe supervisor must first assess what is necessary and what is unnecessary based on the on-site conditions and consult with the local government before making a decision. That's just the way it is.

You cannot omit it for arbitrary reasons such as “it’s too much trouble for the craftsmen,” “we don’t have enough time,” or “it’s not necessary.”

We at Slope Works earn our living by providing technical services related to slope construction.

With public works projects, you can't just say "junk" or "no returns, no refunds" like on Yahoo! Auctions, lol.

Poor workmanship = defective product

It just means that cutting corners won't sell, right?

This means that solid supervision is necessary to prevent that from happening.

In that sense, the role of a construction manager is extremely important.

On-site work is brought to fruition through the combined expertise of the supervisor and the craftsmen.

Good construction requires a good supervisor.

That's exactly what it means to sell construction services.

Oh, we have one at our place, too? lol

See you later.

Is that an FP400? Starラップ is… a lot of work, but the sense of accomplishment when you finish it is off the charts (lol). Good workmanship = good supervision. That’s great. Good workmanship = good craftsmen (with great personalities, too). Craftsmen like that are in high demand all over the country. I’ll do my best, too.

      Thank you as always.

It would be great if you were in high demand in the surrounding area, even without having to go all the way across the country.

I'll do my best to become that kind of business! lol
