The Year I Found Someone I Could Trust | A Look Back at 2018

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

At the very latest, today is the last day of work, right?

We finished up the other day. (Same as the city office.)

This year marked a 10-year milestone for Enta.

And there were all kinds of things—both good and bad.

The biggest event was that a "revolt" (lol) broke out within the company, and several employees were taken away.

Well, I'm not sure if you can really call it a rebellion, though.

Since I abandoned the site, I suppose you could say that.

(Looks like there were some people pulling the strings behind the scenes, lol)

Whaaaat?

There are probably various reasons for this, but could it be the result of my lack of management skills and poor communication?

I also feel that there was a lack of guidance.

However, that's where it really got good.

An acquaintance helped me out at the site.

I've racked up a lot of favors.

It’s truly a blessing to have someone who’s there to help when you’re in a really tight spot!

This is a moment of heartfelt gratitude!

And I’m truly grateful to the employees who have trusted me and followed my lead.

I talked a lot with everyone. I thought about it a lot! I worried (for a second, lol).

And then someone helped me!

Like thatA year in which I was able to find someone I could truly trustI think that's how it was.

It looks like the real fun is just starting now that we've passed the 10-year milestone, lol.

Courage

There are so many companies out there, and yet this kind of thing happens even at a small company like this, so—

There are probably all sorts of things like that at other companies, too. Maybe there are even more at the big companies?

People like me—who have absolutely no sense of shame or decorum—keep making one mistake after another and posting about them online.

I’d be happy if this made you think, “Oh, so even places that seem to be doing well can have things like this happen!”

I hope this will give you all a little courage.

It's only natural that all sorts of things happen.

Do any of you have someone you can really trust? I found a ton of them this year!! lol

Work starts on the 7th after the New Year, and we’ll kick things off by wrapping up at the job site lol

See you later.
