Do you like motorsports? lol

I'm not really into it these days, but I used to like it when I was a student.

That was back in the days when Senna was around, wasn't it?

That brings back memories lol

 

So, you know. I was watching a motorsports event recently, and I was really moved—or rather, I felt a sense of the times!

That is,Formula EThat's it.

It's an electric car, not one with an engine!

There's no roaring engine noise—it just goes "whoooooooosh."

It's incredibly quiet—maybe all you can hear is the sound of the tires rolling!?

 

And you know what? That...A feature where you can dash after collecting a mushroom, just like in Mario KartThere is one.

Isn't this amazing?

Normally, I’d drive an “out-in-out” line, but to make a dash, I went “out-out-out” instead.

It just shoots right out!

Doesn't this attack mode get you a little excited? lol

I never thought a feature from *Mario Kart* would actually become possible in the real world!!

We're living in amazing times.

 

Given how quiet it is, Formula E—where street races are already commonplace—seems like it could be held in places like Tokyo in the future.

Can we use Formula E for town revitalization? lol

 

And while there are pit stops, since there's no fuel, we actually replace the entire car.

Basically, you just switch!

All you have to do is switch to a fully electric car.

It's interesting, isn't it?

 

So far, I'm enjoying this new take on motorsports.

It's kind of interesting.

I suppose future EV development is going to change dramatically from here on out.

Will our industry eventually get to the point where we do installations using only batteries?

The variety of small machine tools, such as impact wrenches, is growing.

Battery technology is advancing rapidly, so there’s even more to look forward to in the future.
