Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Well, looks like I'm taking annual leave again this weekend, lol.
Seriously, there are just too many long weekends this year—I can't seem to get my work done.
Is the construction schedule running behind?
But that's beside the point.
Here's a video of how the dial gauge moves when I'm trying to stay calm, lol.

Some of you might be thinking, “What on earth is that?!” but for those who’ve never seen it before, this is important.
So this is how they use a dial gauge for tension control, huh?
That's what I think.
Well, since it's under pressure, it just keeps spinning, lol.
We repeat the process of applying and releasing pressure like this.
The video shows the movement of the dial gauge needle as pressure is applied.
The reason I’ve secured a board on top of the jack and set up the dial gauge is that,
Due to tension, the twists in the PC steel strands unwind, causing the jack cylinder to rotate, or
The cylinder head is small, so it tends to come loose.
That's why I secured the board and took the measurement there. (At that time)
There is a solution to this, but it doesn't actually exist yet!
I'm thinking I might make one with someone someday, lol.
If any manufacturer is willing to step up, we can work on a joint development project!
There are plenty of administrators out there who are struggling!
This time, the video was about stress management.
In addition to this tension control method, there are also fully automated digital methods and wire-type methods.
If you can find a construction management method that works for you, you'll find it much more enjoyable!
See you later.
