I always wonder, “Why don’t they incorporate that into the design to some extent?”

That's why there are so many problems.

 

It costs a lot to get the machinery up and running.

For example,

What should we do if the space is too narrow for anything but a 2-metric-ton dump truck?

 

Are we going to cram a 2-metric-ton machine onto a 2-metric-ton dump truck, drive it to the site, and then unload it with a crab crane?

Does it take the Crab Crane a whole day to get there?

Are you going to do the work with the materials still in the car?

 

How many days will it take before construction begins?

What kind of machine do I need?

 

If we don't plan that out first, we won't be able to start construction.

In particular, work on steep slopes is carried out right at the boundary with private property, so the space is extremely narrow.

If the number of contractors continues to decline, there is a very real possibility that we’ll face more situations where we simply can’t carry out the work.

 

Because we’ve already treated carpenters so poorly, we’ve already entered an era where we can’t build new homes or renovate existing ones!

For that reason, I believe the importance of preventive maintenance is becoming increasingly apparent.

Personally, I believe the drainage rock bolt system we develop at our company is the ultimate example of preventive maintenance.
