The other day, I attended a refresher course to renew my Ground Anchor Installer Certification.
The instructor in Nagoya is a senior engineer who used to work with me; he’s someone I often call when I’m stuck at work.
You explain things so clearly that I end up calling you all the time, lol.

The training session mainly focused on reviewing the content of the textbook, and the second half consisted of a lecture by a technical expert from Kowa Industries on topics such as anchor materials.
He spoke to us about the current status of ground anchor construction, including surveys, reinstallation, and lift-off tests.
I learned a lot about the key points of head processing.
It looks like maintenance will become an important part of the job going forward.

But that's beside the point.
We used the ToughLight RG to collect test specimens at the job site.
1 is the standard mix at m³/0.91 kg


It looks much the same as it did the other day, but I can clearly see some contamination.
2 is a double-strength mixture at m3/1.82 kg



If you look at the legal framework, it's immediately obvious that Option 2 is way more excessive!!
It is well distributed.
I don't think there's any difference in terms of strength.
Although strength is also important here, we use this material with a focus on workability.
If it’s easy to install and the quality improves, that would be perfect.
