Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
It's a three-day weekend, isn't it?
I'm also working on estimates and tinkering with 3D CAD as usual.
My home Wi-Fi has been acting up lately, so I'm thinking about having a wired connection installed.
A wired connection really is the best when it comes to internet, isn't it!
But that's beside the point.
Well, since it's a day off, I figured I'd write something in a laid-back sort of way just for a change, and...
So, what should I write about? lol
In those situations, I just pick a phrase I’ve saved on my phone lol
So,
An atmosphere where it's okay to consult with your bossThat's what it says!
What the heck is this?? lol
I suppose I must have heard it somewhere, talked about it, and jotted it down, but,
He says he doesn't remember who he talked to or where he talked to them...
I mean, it’d probably be a bad idea to name names, though lol
My blog started on Ameblo, and it’s been about eight years now. (March 29, 2009–)
I'm a little embarrassed to say this, but this is my very first blog post lol
We're launching a blog dedicated to slope engineering.
That's where the entertainment began.
Actually, I’d just started my own business and had a lot of free time. That’s why I was writing a blog.
It's that time of year when I'm seriously bored and thinking, "Ahhh, no work tomorrow either, lol."
That's when I start getting questions through my blog.
For some reason, I felt really happy, like I’d been saved.
Even though I didn't have a job, I felt that if there were people who counted on me, I wanted to do my best to live up to their expectations!
Even now, questions keep pouring in. I'll answer them all.
You wouldn't do this unless you were trying to remember something you'd almost forgotten or looking something up to give an accurate answer, right?
In that sense, it really helps me.
I’d like to thank everyone who had the courage to ask a question!
I really appreciate the support from everyone who reads this blog!
You're always welcome lol

I think the same goes for bosses—if a boss isn’t open to listening or doesn’t have the right attitude, it’s hard for subordinates to speak up, isn’t it?
What's more,If I ask, I'll get scolded. If I don't ask, I'll get scolded.
It must be nothing but a source of confusion for young engineers, right?
Who do you think a subordinate working under a boss like that would turn to for help?
We’re living in the Internet age! It’s no exaggeration to say that all the answers can be found online.
Anchor work, slope stabilization—you can find all kinds of questions about these topics online.
Questions from civil engineers can be found on Yahoo! Chiebukuro, OKweb, Oshiete goo, Hatsugen Komachi, and many other Q&A sites.
That just means there’s no one around—like a supervisor—to talk to.
If supervisors aren't always open to their subordinates' questions, technical skills will steadily erode, and,
From my subordinates' perspective, it seems like our relationship is turning into one where I'm just coming across as a jerk.
Bosses are human, too, but they’re still the boss. It’s important for bosses to do their best for their subordinates, isn’t it?
It all comes down to the atmosphere your boss creates.
When that is achieved, the synergistic effect is significant.
See you later.
