It sure is hot here in Aichi Prefecture, isn't it?

That said, it's raining today, so it's a little more comfortable.

After spending a month in Hokkaido, I'm starting to feel like I want to go home lol

I guess they feel that way especially because it was a pleasant time of year over there.

Hokkaido is a great place to work until around mid-October. (Depending on the location.)

However, while I was working here, I got a job offer from Kagoshima...

From north to south, huh...

That's really nice of them, but it kind of creeps me out lol

Do you take photos of the various things happening on site?

I just wrapped up another project the other day.

Our project was limited to rebar installation work, but we recently witnessed the acceptance inspection, and that marks the end of our work there.

At this job site, I was only responsible for construction work, and since my former boss was in charge of construction management, the work proceeded smoothly and wrapped up without a hitch.

 

I actually take quite a few photos like this at the site.

I mean, do you all remember the sites we’ve worked on so far?

If nothing really stood out, you probably don't remember much of it, right?

You came up with a great idea there—but are you putting it to use at your next project?

Even if you only remember the part that was the hardest, do you remember why it turned out that way?

I'm sure you're aware that people's memories fade over time.

I completely forget even things I experienced a long time ago.

 

In the past, it was a lot of work to preserve memories through photos, but now we live in an era where we capture memories through photos.

Videos are fine, but I recommend photos.

Watching videos becomes a hassle, so I end up not watching them anymore.

Even when you look at wedding photos, you don't really watch the videos, do you?? (Though I'm sure some of you have already deleted them, lol)

The photos are great. You can see them in an instant.

The moment I see it, I immediately remember exactly how I took that photo. (The image from that moment flashes right through my mind!)

 

That’s especially true for photos of memories, isn’t it? The moment you see them, you can even recall the atmosphere of that time.

The same goes for photos taken at the scene.

Whether you're a craftsman or a director, please film and preserve the atmosphere on set at that moment.

That moment isn't just a stepping stone—it's what you might call a "miracle."

Some people say, “We’re too busy on the job to have time for that!”

That's not true. It's just that I don't have much time to spare at work. I'm just not paying attention to what's going on around me while I work.

There’s always time to capture a moment. Instead of listing reasons why you can’t, just focus on what you’re going to do in the next moment.

 

Please take some photos of the worksite you usually visit—it’s okay if they’re just casual at first.

Just by continuing to do that, you’ll be able to experience the wonders of your work.

And before you know it, you start getting particular about how you take photos. You start thinking, “I want to take a good shot,” or “I want to make it look cool.”

I'm dying to take some cool photos! lol
