Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Actually...
Exactly one year ago today, I hit the 365-day mark of updating my blog every single day!
Well, I'm basically the type who doesn't care much about anniversaries or anything like that, so I don't really care what it means to have achieved this.
It's just a process.
I wrote this just to give you an update.
However, at first, there was a tendency for me to write the blog from my own perspective.
I've been blogging for eight years now, but this is the first time I've ever been pushed to the brink like this, lol.
Because I never intended to write every day in the first place!! lol
But as I kept writing, I gradually started thinking that since I was writing anyway, I might as well provide information that would be more helpful to everyone.
And, since there's also a chance I'll gradually forget this, I'm writing this down partly as a reminder...
If you forget, you'd naturally Google it, right?
When that happens, my blog pops up, and I’m like, “Oh, uh…”
I’ll keep posting updates without getting discouraged, so please keep coming back to check them out.
We look forward to your continued support.
But that's beside the point.
Tool Maintenance
Everyone takes care of their tools, right?
If you give your work tools a quick spritz before your break, then when Obon is over,
You can keep your tools in good condition.
The more you use a tool, the more character it develops, and the more attached you become to it, don't you think?
People who take good care of their tools do their work carefully. You could say that.
Tools for Maintaining Tools
Oil is used on tools such as lollipops, hackers, clippers (track cutters), and various other tools.
What kind of oil do you use?
80 percent? 90 percent of people use this.
You'll find them in every household, and they're always available at home improvement stores.

Anyway,This item costs around 600 yen.
Back in the day, this was the only option available, but this KURE556 CRC product has some drawbacks.
It will rust after use.
You'll see right away if you try it out, but there's plenty written about this product's rust on other websites.
This is because, while it has strong penetrating power, it is also highly volatile.
The oil itself soaks in, which feels good at the time, but the ingredients end up evaporating.
Since the oil evaporates and the surface loses its lubrication, it naturally rusts all at once. And it seems it was originally made in the U.S. lol (I just found that out lol)
It's not suitable for maintaining equipment like ropels—on which your life depends—or tools used outdoors under harsh conditions over the long term!
That's the point.
For long-term maintenance, use this

This is it.Wako's Raspen
中It's reliable in the long run and won't rust.
And best of all, it penetrates incredibly well, so if you give rusty nuts, screws, and the like a quick spritz and let it sit for a while to soak in, they’ll turn easily.
They are selling for around 2,000 yen each.
There's one more thing, but,
Wako's Mentelube

This one has similar performance, but it stays in place longer than Raspen.
To give you an idea,Raspene → Mentelube → Grease
That's the gist of it.
So, when it comes to Rasupene, I'm the type who does a little maintenance here and there.
Mentelube is the type who does maintenance every once in a while
That's the general idea, I guess.
Next, here’s my top recommendation.
I think this is the best one. (So far, anyway.)
All of our heavy equipment uses this.
I think you can feel confident in Wako products, such as Raspen, because they definitely have a solid market share in the automotive industry.
However, the reason I recommend GRP is that it has a stronger track record in industrial and machinery products.
It's hard to draw a clear line between the two, but you should just use whichever one you prefer.
Although they're more expensive than CRC, these products are worth using. Their performance is outstanding.
I hope that even with chemical products like these—which are intended for professional use—we can maintain them properly and ensure safe and reliable application.
During this August Obon holiday, take some time to rest and recharge so you'll be ready for the scorching heat that's sure to follow once Obon is over lol
The Obon holiday is almost over!
Let's stay focused until then, take plenty of breaks, and make sure to stay hydrated!
See you later.
