There’s absolutely no way my craftsmanship has gotten worse since yesterday!

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Has the Obon holiday ended yet?

Is today your first day back at work?

It varies from person to person in our family.

Or rather, it depends on the situation.

If it's your first day back at work, don't push yourself too hard—just take it easy today.

There's no point in getting injured on the very first day.

Little by little

But that's beside the point.

I won't do this because I'm not confident.

I've never done this before, so I can't do it.

There are people like that, aren't there?

But let's do it!

When that happened, I lost my confidence, and...

People fall into two categories: those who say they’ll never do it again, and those who say they’ll try harder next time.

Branching

Among all my various experiences, there are a number of things I’d really rather not do...

There's always that one point—so do you avoid it, or go for it? lol

Since I'm not confident and I've never done it before, would it be safer to just avoid it altogether!?

Speaking purely from my own experience, the quickest way to success is to focus only on the things you haven’t done before or don’t feel confident about!

That's because once you've experienced something, the next hurdle seems incredibly low.

The first hurdle is way too high and way too scary—I just can't bring myself to take that first step!

But in reality,The only thing standing in your way is the courage to choose it.That's it.

That’s why, when you actually give it a try, most of the time it turns out to be no big deal.

And the next hurdle is lower, and on top of that, you’re learning something incredibly important at that point.

Retaining Wall Construction + Ground Anchor Construction

I'm learning to do it even better than the first time!

PeopleI definitely haven't gotten any worse since last time! That's the point.

It means that the more you do it, the better you get.

But how can I do it well? How can I do it quickly? How can I do it neatly?

It's important to always keep this in mind!

It's the same with studying.

You'll be smarter than you were yesterday.

I remember something more than I did yesterday.

But on the other hand, when I read books,

Even if you remember it at the time, if you don't tell anyone about it later, you'll gradually forget it.

If I read the same book a month later, I'd have forgotten it, lol.

There are tons of books like that lol (though I guess that's fine in its own way)

Through repetition after repetition, we grow stronger, or

You'll gradually get better at it and learn how to do it.

Step by step

Consistency is key.

Step by step

It's okay to make mistakes, so let's just keep at it steadily without getting discouraged or worrying too much!

All that's left is to find a company that will allow that.

The environment is important, too.

A company that yells and rants at you every time you make a mistake is no good!

In other words, it's a company that doesn't help you grow.

However, I believe the company should keep working hard, step by step, to achieve growth.

We want to build a company where employees can keep moving forward even when they make mistakes, right?

Let's all—the company and its employees alike—keep working hard and taking on new challenges together!

See you later
