We've been digging a well at the construction site for the past few days, lol.
As I've mentioned before, we're currently installing a disaster-preparedness well.
So, I suppose this will serve as a water supply point in the event of a disaster in this area.
But that's beside the point.
The other day, I was talking to someone, and during the conversation, I found myself wondering, “Why do I think I’m doing so well?” lol
When I say I think it'll be okay, I'm referring to work.
I have this strange confidence that things will work out or that I can pull it off.
When I really thought about it, I realized that this is all about trust and confidence in our employees!
I've been deceived and betrayed quite a few times in the past, lol.
Well, I'm actually the type who doesn't let things get to me.
It’s partly thanks to my “metal mentality,” but more than anything, I’ve come to realize that what really matters is trust.
This is extremely important to me—even if I make a mistake, my employees will cover for me.
The same is true in reverse.
I'm starting to feel that the company is built on a foundation of mutual trust.
That's exactly why I think we're managing to get by.
Of course, the trust we’ve built with our general contractor has brought us to where we are today, but ultimately, it’s because we trust our employees.
That really sums it up, lol.
The other day, I heard a story that really drove that point home.
Well, that's just my own personal opinion, so it doesn't really matter what the employees think, lol.
It's just for my own satisfaction.
Of course, I have confidence based on my own personal experiences, but
When it comes to running a company, I'm practically a complete novice, after all~
I wonder if the relationship between a company and its employees is all about trust and credibility, huh? lol
It was a day when I found myself thinking about things like that.
This post is a bit all over the place, but I just felt like writing something, so I gave it a shot lol
