It wasn't exactly that kind of incident the other day, but something like that did happen lol.
We've released a game called "Heron's Key," which I wrote about in a recent blog post.
I've left it entirely up to the development company (well, they're my seniors, so I figured they could do whatever they wanted), so I haven't written anything about sales or anything like that. (It's free software, after all lol.)
One of our employees told me, “Hey, there’s this free software, you know~ lol”
What do you think about being asked that? lol
And to top it off, that employee is actually hearing about it from employees at other companies? lol
From my perspective, it’s like, “Whaaaaaaaaaaat?!” No way~~~!
That's basically how it is.

Please make an effort to jot down what you want to say before you call, lol.
Please don't assume that the other person understands. (The same goes for you.)
Especially for people in their 40s!
And I really want the young person who hears that to say, “I heard that—you’re talking about [Name], right?” lol
It reminds me of my younger days, when I used to think it was cringy when an older guy would repeat the same story over and over again—and there’s that same kind of embarrassing older guy right there.

Uncle, please make sure to say it out loud several times.
And please put into words what the young person heard.

Doing so will help ensure that communication between us goes smoothly.
It’s not that older people are superior, nor is it that young people are superior.
It's simple! I think everything will work out as long as we just respect each other.
Communicating clearly with one another is also a way of showing respect.
Let's stop saying "It's probably ○○, right? It's definitely ○○, right!"
Make sure to convey the message clearly.
