A New Idea Using Clip Spacers | Examples of Use

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There are rubber sheaths used in rebar insertion work, right?

Reinforcing Bar Insertion Worker, SEES Pipe

This is it.

Are you using it?

I try to remove it whenever possible when placing an order.

Since that thing isn't really necessary anymore, in a way, it's a waste of tax money, lol.

It's nonsense to include that just because the contract price is going down.

Cut out what you don't need. That's the way it is these days.

However, I was told of a good way to handle it if I absolutely have to use it!

Looking at the drawing, it seems to be at the same height as the plate or stick out a little, doesn't it?

If you start off the wrong way, it just doesn't turn out right, does it?

So, I'll use this.

That's right!Clip SpacerThat's it.

I’d never tried it before either, and I was surprised by this eye-opening way to use it.

The red part is the clip spacer.

Simply put, you use a clip spacer as a stopper to prevent the sushi from shifting or sliding down.

By doing so, the sushi itself won't go any further than that.

Just place the clip spacer at the bottom of the sheath and slip the sheath over it!

What's more, it means you can maintain the center of the hole!

I never would have thought of using it that way either!

I guess that's what they mean by "ingenuity."

That's so innovative!!

And the person who taught me that there’s also a way to use it like this is amazing. (Thank you.)

Looks like I'll be able to make things a little easier for myself again, lol.

Give it a try, everyone. You'll be less likely to get fooled by "seesaw," lol.

See you later.
