I wondered, “Why is that?”

And it gives off a dark vibe.

Seriously, doesn't this alone make it a shitty industry?! LOL
So, as for what we—the people actually doing the work—think,
Is it tough? Is every job the same?
"Is it dirty?": "Yeah, I guess so."
Dangerous?: Is every job the same? (Except for office workers)
Black?: The construction industry has been very "white" lately.
To be honest,Compared to the medical and long-term care industries,
It's super clean, refreshing, and soothing! lol
How are things in the healthcare industry? Every healthcare professional I know says the same thing...
The medical industry is truly a world of skilled craftsmen!
Surgery is truly a craft.
While medicine focuses on people, civil engineering focuses on the Earth.
How's the restaurant industry doing??
You work for an incredibly long time, from morning till night, don't you?
Isn't the whole process—from prep to cleanup—a bit long?
They get covered in flour or greasy—they get pretty dirty, don't they?
They provide delicious food and a great atmosphere.
Civil engineering shifts run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Standard working hours)
Of course, there are times when I work night shifts, but since we work on a rotating schedule, I can always finish by then.
We can provide clean roads, buildings, and cliffs that won't collapse.
What about the manufacturing industry???
You're mass-producing them by inputting the data into a computer (NC), right?
Some even say it’s an industry that will eventually disappear from the world.
Industries that can be fully automated.
In this industry, too, you get covered in oil, or...
Working in extreme heat, getting covered in paint, and so on.
Aren't they much like us?
However, Japan possesses manufacturing technologies that no other country in the world can replicate.
It is often said that Japan's manufacturing technology is the best in the world.
And, sure enough, there are artisans among them.
Civil engineering involves creating structures by hand according to the specific time, location, and conditions, so it cannot be entirely replaced by machines. (We do use machines, though.)
We provide world-class civil engineering services using products manufactured with world-class manufacturing technology.
Of course, every profession has its pros and cons.
However,I really think it's the best in the construction industry these days!
For example, if you work for 3 to 5 years,No matter which prefecture I go to, I can definitely handle 100% work.

Lately, there have been some job sites where I can’t get hired because of my age. (But since there will be more experienced workers soon, I’ll be able to get hired there.)
I know it can't be helped, but it would be a huge help if you could be there.
Before I knew it, the worksite was all cleaned up!
There are almost no construction companies like the "3K Black" companies of the past anymore.
There are a lot of companies with excellent working conditions, especially those that focus on public works projects.
Sure, there are some hot-headed people out there, but that’s not unique to this industry.
The construction industry is currently undergoing a transformation into a much more "white-collar" sector!!
We are entering an era where people are living to be 100 years old.
The construction industry offers an environment where people can work until they are 80.
I want to make this an industry where I can make a living for the rest of my life!!
That’s why I’m always thinking about how I can find a good way to showcase our industry so that people can understand it a little better.
I want to further revitalize the civil engineering and slope stabilization industries.
And I want to get more and more young people into the slope maintenance business!!
I guess I'll just become a slope engineer for now!
"Parents are like, 'If you're going to get a job, why not start by becoming a slope maintenance worker for now, and then figure things out later?' lol"
I’d like to see slope engineers become more well-known—to the point where it becomes one of the top three careers people want to pursue.
By doing so, we can carry our work forward into the future!
I’d like to make this a job that contributes to the future.
