Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I received a phone call today.
We received a call saying that one of our employees is not qualified to work as a craftsman.
That's a shock.

At the same time,I felt really bad about it.
I thought I was training craftsmen who would make the director's job just a little bit easier.
However, while I’m still far from that level, I had a faint hope that maybe I could use it just a little bit.
He's a young employee in his first year and still has a long way to go as a craftsman, but he's working hard.
You can't say you're going to remove it just because you can't do that.
As was the case for me, too, there’s always a period when you first start a job and can’t quite get the hang of it. I’d like you to understand that.
I think it’s pretty serious for the director to use the phrase “useless.” I can’t help but think he’s really causing trouble.
However, I really appreciate you being so straightforward with me.
I was a director for about 15 years myself, but a craftsman who would make someone say something like that...
That's right... (Though I've never actually said that.)
It also depends on how well you get along with the director, though.
I have no excuses, but I need to provide more thorough guidance so that the supervisor and the general contractor can have it a little easier,
We strive to be a contractor you can trust.
This is all due to my failure as a teacher. I’m keenly aware of just how difficult teaching is.
While I’m willing to forgive failures that result from taking on new challenges, I intend to implement strict management and training to ensure that mistakes resulting from human error are not tolerated.
We still have a long way to go, but I hope you’ll be willing to train our younger craftsmen with the aim of helping them grow.
Thank you in advance.

See you later.

You sure do talk big, judging whether people are useful or not.
Thank you as always.
Well, I guess that's just the way it is when you're a subcontractor.
I guess it’s better to be told than nothing. After all, there’s room for improvement.
I hope I can keep doing my best from now on!
