Lately, I've been going back and forth between Nagano and Aichi Prefectures, and the temperature difference is so extreme—I can't stand it!
In regions with heavy snow and severe cold, construction projects are postponed and typically begin around March or April.
And even though it’s cold and costs money, the unit price doesn’t change much.
Besides, antifreeze is just a scam, right? lol
But that's beside the point.
There isn't much in the way of ingenuity at the plant when it comes to things like cement slurry, is there?
But even if I say "nothing," there's actually something there~ lol
This case might be a little unusual, but I’d like to share it with you.
Although it's not a steep-slope construction project, the site is right next to a private residence.
So, if you set up the plant in the open, just like you would for a typical construction site in the mountains, a cloud of dust will billow out the moment you open a bag of cement and pour it into the mixer, right?
My neighbor's laundry is right next to mine, lol.
It'll end up all stiff and starched, lol.
So, that's how it went.
This is actually a vacuum cleaner, lol.
It's what's commonly known as a dust collector.
So,
You surround the entire plant and suck up the part where it goes "whoosh."
That way, it won't get all hard and crunchy from the cement lol
Or rather, I think there will be less dust.
However, this depends on the performance of the dust collector, so
Please take it to mean that it's better to do it than not to, lol.
