The other day, while I was talking to someone, they said, “That kid’s really capable, you know~”

That's how the conversation went.

I wonder what the difference is between people who are capable and those who aren't?

Ability to think on your feet?

Knowledge?

Initiative?

Communication?

Experience?

There are probably other examples like that, but ultimately...ResponsibilityI think so, I guess.

Even though we act like goofballs just because we're office workers, we still get the job done perfectly.

They make snap decisions right on the spot, and based on their experience, they anticipate what will happen next and act first.

She's saying, "I got scolded at work!" lol

Any skilled professional would want to work with a director like that again.

A job site where the director and the craftsmen get along well is a fun place to work.

Of course, the work is tough and demanding—that goes without saying—but it’s just so much fun!

When you don't get along, you both end up thinking, "Ugh, that person is so annoying."

As is the case with any company, a capable supervisor (employee) always works hand in hand with a capable construction company.

That way, we can maximize construction efficiency, profits, and safety.

Something that builds up for both of us
I’d like to work toward building relationships where we can handle both construction and construction management.

P.S.: The "X-Day" for social insurance is fast approaching, but it seems some extreme remarks are being made at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Kyushu Regional Office.
I can't say this in public, lol. In the Tokai region, maybe because they're worried about labor shortages, people seem to be a bit more lenient.
It remains to be seen whether there will be a sharp labor shortage starting in April of Heisei 29 due to social insurance issues, or whether the situation will remain unclear,
I think it will be decided. If there’s a labor shortage in the Kanto region, it could lead to some serious trouble.
