I Want to See It, But I Can't! Training Edition | Improving Your Observation Skills

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I'm heading out on the road again starting today and will be in Mie Prefecture for a while!

We're also handling the construction here while managing the project.

That said, in our case, the operations, field staff, and plant are all managed by the construction manager.

Construction management is surprisingly fast and easy!

While measuring the drilling depth, you can perform quality control on the grout all at once.

I'm really happy that the construction is moving along so quickly now that the administrative work is progressing at a rapid pace!

And then there's safety, of course!!

Let's stay safe!!

But that's beside the point.

This is a follow-up to my recent post titled “I Want to See It, But I Can’t!”

Here's the training section lol

It's super easy—just cross your eyes and then uncross them.

It's just a matter of looking close up and looking far away.

To turn one's attention to

I do this every day whenever I have some free time.

It seems that things improve quite a bit after about a month.

Over and over again—pulling in and pushing out!

Guidelines for Presbyopia

I'm currently in my early 40s, but according to the table above, my height was 16 centimeters.

Apparently, my eyes look like those of someone in their 30s!

And eye exercises can significantly reduce eye strain.

It's been over a year since I started doing this, and my eyes still feel great lol

While people around me are already starting to develop presbyopia, I’ve managed to hold it off so far!!

It'll probably happen eventually, but let's do our best to prevent it from happening—even if just a little!

Even if you already have presbyopia, the more you do this, the better the results will be!

It makes a big difference in terms of eye strain.

Work those eye muscles to slow down the progression of presbyopia!!

Somehow, this ended up being an article for older people, lol.

See you later.
