Last time, I wrote about the methods used.
I think you all probably know that's probably true.
I think there are some people who, even if they realize it, can’t bring themselves to say it.
After all, when I think about my boss or senior colleague sitting right next to me doing that...
You can't say that, can you?
But, you see,Personally, I think it's okay to cover the cost of drinks.
I don't think this constitutes embezzlement, even if the contractor pays for it.
Don't you just want to have fun working on-site and go out and party with the general contractor?!?!
Especially at large companies, it’s not uncommon for employees not to even be reimbursed for after-work celebrations.
What's the point of just suffering through the work on site? What's fun about that?
Why can't we all just let loose one last time?
Isn't prioritizing the company's profits above all else what leads to embezzlement?
That said, in the case of large companies, the company belongs to its shareholders.
I guess that's why it's no good—it's a company that exists solely for its shareholders.
That just goes to show that the company can't stand up to its shareholders.
It's the employees on the front lines who are bringing in the money, isn't it?
I sincerely hope the company will provide employees with some way to unwind besides their salaries.
It's not like a company year-end party or anything.
Company year-end parties and drinking get-togethers are never boring!!
More than anything, I just want to go out for drinks with the craftsmen who worked so hard with me on the job site!!!
I think companies that don't understand this mindset will just keep getting embezzled, lol (not that I know for sure).
You could say that just shows how narrow-minded the company has become.
That said,I have absolutely no intention of defending embezzlement.But, you know.
