Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Somehow, I'm getting swamped with estimates, construction plans, and schedules, lol.
I'm having trouble deciding how to allocate personnel and machinery.

We need to allocate resources appropriately from among those currently available.
How do you all set things up? If problems keep cropping up after setup, how do you handle them?
I think this is a fairly common approach, but first, we decide on the foreman for that job site.
That said, not just anyone can be a foreman, though lol
You'll probably ask, "What kind of work is it? How long will it take?"
If the construction method is a frame plus anchor with reverse winding, Mr. ○○ is in charge...
It's something like, "If it's just anchor work, it's Mr. ○○."

Some people are able to take initiative on their own, while others are not.
Even among foremen, there are some who are slow to make decisions, and others who make decisions that are a bit roundabout.
Some foremen prioritize getting the job done quickly, while others prioritize safety.
Since there are foremen with various viewpoints, we'll make a decision based on the prevailing trend.
After all, the situation on site depends a lot on the foreman.
(That said, since there are only four or five groups in total, the assignments pretty much work themselves out.)
Even if someone isn't the right fit, we'll address the issue afterward, but we try to avoid making changes as much as possible.
The thing is, just like anyone else, it’s a constant learning process.
It's not about whether you can or can't do it; it's about whether you do it or not.
As a company, I think we should support the foreman so he can do his job.

After all, depending on the support they receive, there’s a very high chance that their future possibilities will expand!
Teamwork is important, but so is supporting the foreman.
There are many cases where even a little bit of support can make a huge difference in how well a team performs.
If there are any work sites or teams (groups) that aren't performing well, try assigning one person to provide support.
If the foreman has a work environment where he can feel at ease, the team will move in a positive direction.
The boss is already so considerate of those around him!
At Enta, the recent trend is that I'm the one who handles support lol (though "support" might be a stretch—it's more like a one-man show, lol).
Because we're short-staffed lol
I'll do my best, too! (Although I'm totally wiped out in the summer, lol)
See you later.
