We conducted a basic test the other day, and the specimen pulled out at around 100 kN.

Well, since that test is strictly for determining τ (circumferential friction resistance: tau), that’s fine, but,

If you leave earlier than planned, it will cause all sorts of problems.

As part of the redesign, the following items may be subject to change.

 

1. Changing the Drill Hole Diameter

2. Changing the Drilling Length

3. Changing the Fixation Length

4. Modifications to Pressure-Bearing Structures

Changes to the drilling diameter, drilling depth, and embedment length will affect the selection of the machine.

As things get bigger and longer, the machines tend to get bigger as well.

As a result, the planned temporary construction plan may need to be redone.

In addition, the logistics—such as bringing in machinery—will also change.

In the worst-case scenario, the government might even have to purchase land.

If the anchor body becomes larger, increasing the tensile force, or if the angle changes due to cost-saving redesigns,

The planned pressure-bearing structure may change.

If it is a formwork frame, there is a possibility that the rebar size or the formwork frame size may change.

The same applies even if it is a pressure-receiving plate.

Depending on the load, there may be cases where the bearing capacity of the ground is insufficient.
