Making a Trumpet Tube | Anchor Coating Protective Gear

The 10% consumption tax has gone into effect.

It's a little complicated, but it looks like our mental math accuracy might actually improve!

It seems like there are fewer calculation errors, so in a way, that's a plus, lol.


But that's beside the point.

Trumpet tube

It's the usual trumpet, lol.

I've been getting a few more machines, and since I needed various things, I decided to buy some new ones!

Cut open the used casing and hollow out the inside.

 

Weld the trumpet section onto it.

This time, we used 3.2 mm-thick steel plate, which is thicker than standard trumpet tubing.

That's because I found out that a 2.3 mm trumpet-shaped piece tends to warp over time.

It gets deformed when it collides with something or when the anchor body hits it.

 

Also, the bell-shaped tube used for cleaning the bore gradually gets thinner. (After about two years of use, it had thinned to less than 2 mm.)

So, this time it's 3.2 mm.

 

Even small items can be very expensive when you buy them.

By doing at least the bare minimum yourself, you can keep costs as low as possible.

If you get into the habit of making even small things yourself, ideas will come to you anytime, anywhere, don't you think?

If it doesn't exist, just make it.

And with just a little tweaking, it becomes something new.
