Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Have you ever taken the basic exam for rebar installers?

You see that quite often in ground anchor construction, don't you?

There aren't many rebar installers, after all.

While it is essentially the same, since there is no free length, it is necessary to prevent grout or the surrounding rock from adhering to that area.

Cover the free-length section with PVC.

Leave the areas where you want to allow circumferential friction as is, and install water packers on the upstream side to prevent grout from entering the free-length section.

The back section will be made of PVC to allow for adjustable length.

Basically, everything is the same as with anchors.

When under tension, a washer that does not bend as much as possible is required.

Even if it's thin, make sure to apply pressure evenly across the entire surface.

If the load-bearing plate sinks or bends at this point, the jack will not provide sufficient load.

It's not that difficult, but if you get the chance, why not give it a try?

See you later.
