How to Remove an Anchor If It Comes Loose
The spot where it came out
First of all, it’s extremely important to figure out where the leak is.
Is it on a slope at a high elevation?
Is this even a place where a backhoe (heavy equipment) can drive on unpaved ground?
Can a crane be used?
How to Remove
On the slope
If you need to remove it from a slope, you have no choice but to use a jack to lift it out.
Furthermore, in the case of permanent anchors, there is a coating, so the work involves cutting that coating away as you go.
Use a jack to pull out the steel wire → Remove the jack and strip the sheath → Use the jack to pull it out (repeat)
A backhoe can get in there.
It comes off relatively easily.
Use a wire clip to hold each one individually.
If you attach this to a backhoe and pull hard, it comes out easily.
Whether you use a jack, a ball joint, or a crane, you can remove it with a force of a few hundred kilograms.
Once it starts moving, it slides right out.
A crane can be used.
You can use the same method as described above for the BH with a crane as well.
The same applies to how to remove temporary supports, but,

This tool securely locks onto PC steel strands and allows you to pull them out.
It can be used with either a BH or a crane.
Tips for Removing Permanent Anchors
If it’s already come out a bit with the jack, go ahead and pull it out as far as the jack will allow for now.
If you can use a crane or BH, go ahead and use them.
If you run into any problems along the way,Don't push yourself—switch to the jack instead.Let's pull it out.
The moment it slips out is the most dangerous.That's it.The steel wire snaps with a *plunk*.
If you hold the steel wire with a rag just before it comes out, it won't bounce around as much.
(People sometimes say it's dangerous to hold it... but it's really no big deal.)
The position of the crane and BH is crucial at the moment of release.(Chance of it bouncing and hitting something)
At the moment the wire comes loose, if the crane or BH operator swings the wire back in the direction it came from, it’s less likely to snap.
Finally, you can pull it by hand. (You'll get covered in grease.)
There is no machine that removes unbonded material while spinning around with a motor. (e.g., rental equipment)
If the structure under pressure is a secondary product, such as a pressure plate, there is a risk of it falling. Please secure it in place.
Regarding Reapplication
Since it’s difficult to pour concrete in exactly the same spot, vary the position slightly up, down, left, and right—about once or twice (within the construction tolerance limits).
If you want to adjust the angle further, you'll need to recalculate.
Please make the embedment length as long as possible. Anchors are not a universal solution for changes in soil conditions.
(The design team is almost never held responsible. It’s usually brushed off as a construction error.)
Inject grout into the original hole. (This could cause loosening.)
If the base layer is unstable, consider using a packer.
