Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Have you heard of Airsto?
This is probably common knowledge for American car enthusiasts, but surprisingly, a lot of people don't know about it lol.

Can you tell just by looking at this?
It's called an Airstream, and it's an all-aluminum towable trailer home.
There was a store like that in my neighborhood (about 30 minutes away), so I went there.
That's because a junior colleague of mine who's a hairstylist really, really wanted to go!
She told me about her dream of one day running a hair salon inside an Airstream, so I decided to check it out lol
It was raining before the typhoon hit, and it was 5:00 p.m.! It was already almost dark, so I couldn't see a thing.
The shop owner, an older guy, was in a terrible mood and said, “What do you know, coming in at a time like this?!”
Even though I was constantly being told that, I didn't let it get me down and listened to what they had to say for over 30 minutes.
The old man welcomed us in and even showed us inside the Airstream,
They even showed me their newest trailer home.
And the old guy's stories were so funny that we ended up talking nonstop for three whole hours lol
(It was practically a sermon, but it made perfect sense—that’s exactly what I mean by “an eye-opener”!)
In the end, we became really good friends, and
If I were to buy a trailer home, this is the person I’d want to buy it from! It's so charming, you'll find yourself thinking, "Wow!"
Even though I just went along to watch it with them, I ended up wanting one too lol
He was the best salesman ever!
And even though that person was already over 70, their speech and thinking were top-notch!
It's rare to meet someone as dynamic as this.
And his insights on business management were outstanding, too.
"I don't have much time left, but you guys still have decades ahead of you. You can start over as many times as you want, so go ahead and make all kinds of mistakes!"
"It'll be fun if you realize that a little sooner!" "Do something fun!"That's what I was told.
And what caught my attention the most was,
"When public bathhouses are packed on weekdays, it means the economy is doing well."
"Things have gone downhill since the Abe administration took office! But for now, Abe is our only option."
"Try going to a public bath on a weekday! It's practically empty!!"
I'm suddenly in the mood to go to a public bath on a weekday!!
An old guy who's been in business for nearly 50 years...Economic AssessmentJust thinking that it's there makes me really curious.
And finally,"I choose my customers!" "You're not a customer until you buy something!"
"I want to sell to customers responsibly!"
Even though he said that, in the end, the customer...I want to buy from you! That's what makes you think that, isn't it?
For some reason, I found myself thinking, "I want to be your customer!" lol
For us contractors, our work is our product.
You’ll only get paid once you’ve delivered products that meet the specifications.
Since they bought it from me, I need to do a good job and make them happy, and
And we need to turn our clients into repeat customers.
To do that, we must alwaysImplementation of New Technologies, Safety, Scheduling, and Construction ManagementIt's important to handle it that way.
A contractor who is known for being reliable and doing a good job.
In the civil engineering industry, it’s often the case that you’re chosen rather than choosing, but,
Leave the troublesome, difficult construction work to EntaI’d like to be the kind of person who gets called upon and chosen.
During this tour of the Airstream trailer home, I learned some incredibly valuable business lessons that really hit home.
Actually, there was something even better. It’s a place I’d like to visit again, even though I didn’t buy anything.
I’d love to ask him all sorts of questions while he’s lecturing me.
By the way, I'm not going to reveal the name of that store. If I just showed up there out of the blue, they'd probably just find me annoying. lol
See you later.
