Going on an Overseas Business Trip as a Slope Engineer: Part 1 (Africa Edition)

Hello, everyone

This is Enta.

Kansai International Airport

Actually, I've been in Mombasa, Kenya, for the past few days.

Huh? Right? lol

To put it simply, I'm here in Africa conducting a slope survey.

We will conduct the survey, prepare a report, and design the project so that it can be implemented on-site.

That's the kind of job it is, lol.

It's slope work. Getting called overseas—you really never know what life has in store, do you?

Plus, I'm really excited about initiatives in developing countries.

Mombasa

That's Japan from the Showa 40s onward, right?.

We're about to dive deep into infrastructure, right!?

That's the general idea, but actually, the slope that was reinforced collapsed, so this is a measure to address that lol

It was originally designed in Japan, and it seems the construction was done in China.

For a while, the Slope Management Seminar will probably be all about Africa, but I hope you'll stick with me lol

I'm sure most of you don't have access to such in-depth information about civil engineering abroad either, lol.

I'm also filming videos, so I'll be uploading those to YouTube as well.

Stay tuned!

See you later
