Take action and move forward with the expectation that mistakes will happen

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

When things get busy, it can feel like you're about to break under the pressure, right?

And sometimes people actually do break them, which can lead to some pretty crazy situations, right?

It's disheartening

I'm not the type to get discouraged, lol.

It's just enough to make me kind of sick of it.

When I asked myself, “Why do I do that?”"I'm not saying failure is a bad thing."

I realized that.

I don't think to myself, "This is a piece of cake! There's no way I'll fail."

"It's me, you know!? Failure is part of the deal, right?"That's what I'm thinking.

A while back, I even asked my boss, “There’s a good chance I’ll mess this up, but is it okay if I do it?” lol

Actually, even if I’m confident, I still plant the seeds of failure somewhere inside myself.

That way, when I fail, I can honestly admit to myself, “Yeah, I messed up!”

You might think that's just an excuse, but that'sThe Secret to Staying StrongThat's it.

And these were also factors that made it easier to be forgiving toward subordinates and employees, or

I think that's also a factor that drives growth.

People who can't accept that will eventually snap.

I end up taking on the responsibility.

No matter what my boss says about the failure,

The person who is most aware of it and knows it best is the one who made the mistake.

If you just go on and on about it without listening to the other person, you'll just end up making them hate you, won't you?

If supervisors are willing to accept mistakes with an open mind, they can continue to have high expectations for the person who made the mistake.

Bosses or senior colleagues who tend to act all high and mighty, especially right after you’ve messed upThat's true, isn't it?

People who say things like that tend to hide their own failures.

They have a habit of hiding their own mistakes, yet they go on and on about other people’s mistakes, embellishing them as they go.

You know the type, right?

What we can learn from people like this isDon't hide your mistakes! That's the point.

By hiding things, you just end up getting deeper and deeper into trouble.

So I’ll just come clean about all my mistakes. I’ll say it whether it’s the general contractor or my boss.

And,Apologize sincerely!

By talking about my mistakes, the next time something similar happens,

Since you can always keep past failures in mind as a point of reference,The accuracy of the current success rate will improve dramaticallyThat's right.

As I’ve written before, simply being mindful of your surroundings can completely transform the environment you’re in.

Being mindful of past failures can help increase your success rate now.

If you keep repeating things like that over and over, you’ll develop a resilient spirit, and

I am able to be tolerant of mistakes made by subordinates and others.

And you won't get as frustrated.

Failure Is the Mother of Success—Shigeo Nagashima

What do you value most?

It's me!

The most important thing in the world is yourself!

Please take care of yourself.

By doing that, you'll find that you're protecting others!

First, myself!

And someone other than myself.

Let's try to be more forgiving!

And with that in mind, let's go about our work with confidence!

See you later.
