A Little Thrill Every Day | White Pia Takagami Snowboarding

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

I took the kids snowboarding again the other day.

The location is a ski resort called White Pia Takasu.

I recommend this ski resort because it's relatively easy to ski here, even for beginners.

If you go early, there aren't many people, which is really nice.

It seems my kids had a hard time keeping their balance, too.

I didn't go skiing this time.

I don't really want to slide that much anyway, lol

Or rather, it takes time to recover my stamina after skiing (the muscles I don't usually use are screaming).

It’s pretty much the same with kids—they fall fast asleep on the ride home, but the moment they get back, they say they’re hungry, right?

And then, “Let’s go somewhere…”

Even though we—Mom and Dad—are already exhausted and worn out...

As adults, our physical stamina doesn't reset when we sleep—it actually builds up, right?

They're slowly starting to recover, but kids just reset after a few hours of sleep, right?

In some cases, they've become even more powerful than before, just like a Super Saiyan...

For example, let's say you have 100 stamina.

When we adults use up 50, we tend to think, “Oh, I’m tired—I guess I’ll take a break,” right?

And doesn't it feel like your stamina only recovers very slowly, and sometimes it even drops to around 30 even when you're resting? lol

Even after a full night's sleep, it only recovers to about 60... lol (You know that feeling when you wake up and just feel kind of sluggish?)

With kids, they start at 100 and go all out, playing nonstop until they’re down to 1!

And thenWhen it hits zero, I suddenly fall asleep!

A few hours later, it had bounced back to 120th place.

There's no way adults could keep up.

Besides, they say a person’s physical strength peaks in their 20s, so if you don’t do anything, wouldn’t it have dropped quite a bit by the time you’re in your 40s? lol

Physical stamina actually doesn't come from muscle strength, but rather from...Weakening from the heartThat's right.

That means you need to get your heart racing to strengthen it.

Apparently, the output of the pump that circulates blood throughout the body gradually decreases.

If it were a machine, an overhaul would do the trick, but since we're human, maybe we should start with some light exercise to get our hearts racing, or...

Maybe I'll fall in love? (It's too late for that to get my heart racing now, lol)

Light exercise is best.

That said, even if you just do it for a little while between work tasks, it’s enough to get your heart racing a bit.

For example, holding the casing with both hands and doing bicep curls, lol.

At first, doing it 10 times with the inner casing should give you a good feel for it.

You can easily do some strength training (my heart’s racing!) by doing arm curls or something until you’ve drilled one of them (1.5 m).

You can also stack the cement (25 kg) from the bottom up.

Every day, it makes my heart race just a little bit.

For example, jogging lightly when you go to get something.

If you want to help me stay in shape even a little bit, please get my heart racing!

See you later.
