Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
We've seen a huge increase in quotes this April.
I'm determined to go get it this year, even if I have to push myself a little lol

The cherry blossom festival in Iwakura City came to an end last weekend.
But it looks like I'll still be able to enjoy it for the rest of this week lol
And then, all at once, the blossoms will fall, leaving only the leaves on the cherry trees, won't they?
That means it’s about time for the season when the greenery is at its most beautiful!
I imagine your company has also welcomed some new employees.
A week has passed.
What do you think?
I think this is about the time when I start thinking about quitting, lol.
Why Do New Employees Want to Quit?
Have you ever thought about that?
I thought I'd write down what I was thinking back then (as a new employee).
Please give it some thought, everyone.
1. I have no idea what's going on.
2. It's not fun (it's not as lively as school)
3. I'm just so sleepy.
4. Feeling awkwardly self-conscious (since everyone is a stranger)
5. Tired
6. Mornings are tough
I think it all comes down to this.
Ultimately, motivation is something that comes naturally as you keep at it.
My skills are improving little by little, and the fun is just the same.
Since there's almost nothing a new employee can do,
The first task a new employee does is,
Anyway!
I wake up in the morning, go to work, and get used to the atmosphere at the office.

That's all.
If you can't overcome this, you won't be able to keep your job.
Just get used to it.
Sometimes you have to get used to doing nothing, or get used to looking for a job.
Just get used to it.
You have to get used to it, even if it means suppressing your true self.
After all, it's impossible to make a big impact right after joining.
As you get used to the current situation, you'll gradually be able to do more, right?
If you're a senior colleague or a supervisor, I'd like you to say something like that to them.
See you later.
