Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Things have suddenly started to get pretty hectic, haven't they?
Thank you for all your calls.
I wish this could just keep going until next summer... lol
As a nation,Utilizing i-construction and ICTWe're working to level out order volumes, but,
If that happens, local governments will follow suit, so it’ll be kind of nice, lol.
But even though this has been talked about for quite some time now, it still hasn't happened.

But this is the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, after all!
By converting the single-year budget to a two-year budget, we can smooth out fluctuations,
We achieve leveling by consistently carrying over balances.
That means orders will gradually start to pick up as the fiscal year comes to a close.
Unfortunately, though, everyone says there aren't many slope construction projects this summer.
It’s true—the lack of slope construction work this year is downright scary.
Will it hit us hard at the end of the year? Or is it not coming after all??
Since the general contractor is short on work itself, there’s no way they’d have a slope, right?
It's hard to find a good work-life balance.
If a big job comes in, we'll have to turn it down because we're short-staffed, and,
If there aren't enough jobs, people will fight over them, leading to a cutthroat competition, and ultimately...Social insurance is going to kill me.
These are some scary and tough times, lol. I've got to figure out where the breakthrough is!!!
See you later.
