Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
Last week's snow was really bad, wasn't it?
How was it in your area?

At our site in Nagano, the daytime temperature was minus 7 degrees, so the hydraulic adjustment dial wouldn't move—I had to use a hair dryer, lol.
Construction was suspended in Toyama due to heavy snow.
The project schedule, which was supposed to be mostly wrapped up by the end of the year, keeps getting pushed back...
Well, it’s not just us—everything gets pushed back, so the slope contractors are going to have a rough time again at the end of the fiscal year, lol.
In particular, the work done by us slope contractors and pavement contractors comes at the very end of the project!
Plus, it’s like, “Make up for the delays in the earthwork and absolutely meet the deadline!” (That’s just unreasonable.)
Once the 25th passes, you blink—and suddenly it’s the 31st!
Let's be very careful on our way there!
It would be better to take a break if I’m going to get injured in the next few days, but since that’s not really an option,
Let's carry out the construction work while maintaining a strong focus on safety!
Stay alert while driving home from work, do your best to avoid being involved in accidents caused by others, and above all, stay safe!
Stay safe! Let's ring in the New Year safely!!
See you later.
