Well, anyone who does wiring will probably recognize it right away—it’s a product called a cable stripper.
The great thing about this is that it's light and small!
That's all there is to it, but it's more powerful than I expected—it can even strip the insulation off thick cables.
Normally, I think you'd use something like the following.
I think this is the norm.
Since they all have the same functionality, they're basically the same—it just comes down to personal preference, I guess?

Well, the features are pretty much the same.

It's handy to have, so you should definitely keep it in your electrician's toolbox.
The downside is that after using it for a while, the blade gets dull and doesn't cut as well anymore, right!?
