I think you should just choose the one that fits your lifestyle.
Which one do you prefer?
Am I better suited for a large corporation or a local company? What about my family? My children? My parents? My hometown? Salary?
Please think it over carefully and make your own decision.
But really,The important thing is
It's not about where you work, but who you work with.
That's right.
Who would you like to work with?
Can you keep working with a clueless boss forever?
Can you work with someone who only cares about quick money?
Can you work with someone who lacks a sense of responsibility?
Can you envision a future there?
What are your goals at that company??
Are you living your life the way you want to?
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter where you work.

I’ve been working for over a decade under a boss who’s a total idiot (alcohol, women, money, vanity, corruption, seniority-based hierarchy), and although I’m fed up with it, I’m struggling because I can’t quite bring myself to take that final step. Reading articles like this gives me some courage. It’s definitely true that who you work with matters. If there were someone like Enta-san at my workplace, things would be different. It’s actually quite easy to make things much better than they are now, but there are many people who feel frustrated because they just can’t seem to do it.
Why do we worry?
As adults, we have families of our own, our parents' homes, and all sorts of other obligations.
It just feels like a ball and chain, doesn't it?
I used to be like that, too. I agonized a little over whether or not to quit my job. (But since I’m an optimist, it was just a little, lol.)
So, I quit.
The moment I quit, a whole new world of possibilities opened up—a world where I could try anything!
What's more, I felt so refreshed—as if all the time I'd spent worrying had been a waste—and it was absolutely amazing. I guess that's a feeling only someone who's quit can understand.
So, what should I do? Who should I do it with? And what will the future hold?
That's the first thing you run into.
There, you have the freedom to do anything. And this is where hell and heaven begin.
As long as you recognize that everything is your own responsibility and work with sincerity, you will absolutely never end up in hell! Absolutely not!!
Take a look at the world. What happens to bad people in the end? They gradually end up being oppressed.
After all, you end up paying the price for it in this world.
I believe that if you live your life with sincerity, you’ll definitely be able to lead a life that’s much, much more fun and challenging—but still enjoyable—than the one you have now.
No one succeeds by cheating. Let's just ignore those kinds of people lol.
