I wrote that, in reality, it isn't that different.
I think you should just choose the one that fits your lifestyle.
Which one do you prefer?
Am I better suited for a large corporation or a local company? What about my family? My children? My parents? My hometown? Salary?
Please think it over carefully and make your own decision.
But really,The important thing is
It's not about where you work, but who you work with.
That's right.
Who would you like to work with?
Can you keep working with a clueless boss forever?
Can you work with someone who only cares about quick money?
Can you work with someone who lacks a sense of responsibility?
Can you envision a future there?
What are your goals at that company??
Are you living your life the way you want to?
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter where you work.
Who do I work with? Who do I work with, how do I work, and what do I want my future to look like?Please think about it this way.
I want to create something new together with our employees through our construction projects, andTo contribute to the slope construction industry,
I’d like to give one of our current employees a 10 million yen bonus—even just once.

はじめましていつも楽しく拝見させていただいております。HPにチラっと写っております山形県の共和◯◯建設の社員Aです。上司にアホォ（酒、女、金、虚栄、不正、年功序列）の元で10数年働き嫌気がさすも今一歩踏み込めず悩んでいます。こういった記事を拝読させていただきなにか勇気をもらえています。確かに誰と働くかが重要ですね。私の職場にもエンタさんのような存在がいればまたなにか違いますね。もう不正や適当は‥

今よりもずっと良くなる事は簡単な事なんですが、それが出来ずモヤモヤしている方は沢山いるんです。
なぜ、悩むか。
大人になると家庭があったり、実家があったり、その他諸々のしがらみがあります。
それが足かせの様になる（思える）んですよねー
私も昔そうでした。会社やめるやめないで若干悩みました。（楽天的なので若干ですｗ）
で、やめました。
やめた途端に、そこには何にでもトライ出来る道が広がりました！
しかも、悩んでいた時が無駄だったように晴れやかな気分で、最高でした。コレはやめた人にしか分からない感覚でしょう。
さぁ、なにするか？誰とするか？そして将来はどうなるん？
って事にまずぶつかります。
そこには何でも出来る自由があるんです。そしてここからが、地獄と天国の始まりなのです。
全て自己責任を認識し、誠意を持って仕事すればゼッタイに地獄に行く事はありません！ゼッタイです！！
世の中を見て下さい。悪い人って将来どうなっていますか？だんだんと虐げられています。
やはり世の中でその報いを受けるんです。
誠実にやっていれば、確実に今よりももっともっと楽しくて苦しい、けど楽しい人生が送れると私は思います。
不正してまで上手く行く人なんていません。そんな人はほっておきましょうｗ
人生楽しくさせるためにどうすれば一番良いのか考えて下さい。
誰の人生でもない、斎藤さんの人生の責任は他人には取れませんから！
私は私の人生の責任を取るつもりでいますｗなので苦しいときも笑えますよ？ｗｗｗ（痩せ我慢最高です！）
