Hello, everyone.
This is Enta.
I've been really busy all year—I haven't had a moment to spare.
I'm truly grateful.
Last year, I was so desperate for work that I felt like I was going to die, and,
It's making me feel like I'm about to die again this year, lol, but I'm doing my best to hang in there.
August is almost over, and I’m really hoping this heat will finally let up, but it’s going to last until October...
Let's do our best!
But that's beside the point.

"What kind of people do you dislike?" That was a conversation I had the other day with the owner of a snack bar I visited.
Hmm...
I really dislike people who try to shirk responsibility.
What does it actually mean to take responsibility?
That's what I've heard.
But what happens when it comes to taking responsibility at work or on the job?
It's highly unlikely that you'll be fired or have your salary cut (which does happen at large companies). (Although this depends on the extent of the damage.)
As for what would happen to me, I’d probably just get a really stern scolding. (Probably.)
Everyone has their own way of taking responsibility, but if you're a company employee, it's usually not that big of a deal.
If this were a politician, they’d probably have to resign or something like that.

If you just look at the text,"Taking Responsibility"
That’s what it means. It means taking responsibility for criticism. (Politicians’ press conferences are a perfect example of this.)
However, the concept of taking responsibility at a company or on the job is extremely vague, and many people view it as a risk, but,
Actually, taking responsibility is pretty easy, isn't it? (It just means getting blamed. Though that's tough, too.)
Well, in a way, it's probably great for people who are total masochists... lol
You're overreacting to the vague term "responsibility." (It would be different if you had decided for yourself exactly how you would take responsibility.)
But it’s nonsense to say you’ll take responsibility for everything when you don’t have the ability to do so!
And if you recover from it afterward, you won't get blamed all that much.
If we can recover and limit the damage even a little, that's fine as long as it works.
It's not a risk.
The important thing is to bounce back. That's it.
My senior blames the juniors for absolutely everything.
Suppose you tell a junior colleague to do something, and then that colleague fails to do it properly and gets scolded by their boss.
So that senior, who was trying to shirk responsibility, gave his junior a stern talking-to, saying, “That guy’s no good!”
It's part of a senior's job to train their juniors.
A junior’s failure is a senior’s failure.
They shift the blame onto their junior colleagues and act as if they're not at fault.
Someone who says, “It was my oversight,” is someone who takes responsibility.
There are people like that!

If you are near someone like this, please evacuate.
It'll just wear you out, and you won't get anything out of that person, will you?
You'll end up being the kind of person who does everything half-heartedly and takes it out on others.
You know the type, right? lol
If you take on more and more work without fearing risk and with the mindset that you might be held accountable, you’ll keep growing.
If you approach things with the mindset of “I’ll take full responsibility for everything!”, you can grow as much as you want.
And then, I can really get serious.
I really like people like that!
I’d love to work with someone like that. We’re looking for people like that ^^
See you later.
