Amazing! Director Kusare | On-Set Bloopers

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

There's this totally crazy guy working as a supervisor for the general contractor on site, lol.

What makes this so outrageous is that,

I don't say good morning.

He hands me the KY form from inside the car.

I'll let you know the schedule for the day's attendance in the morning. (No meetings whatsoever.)

He was rude from start to finish.

They have no qualms about changing their own production schedule (causing delays), yet they complain when we fall behind.

They probably aren't managing the process.

Well, that's the gist of it.

I mean,This really sucks! That's kind of how it is, lol

No

Aren't you the general contractor?

Do you know what a site representative is??

What Is a Site Representative?

Being a site representative isn't just about handing out KY forms, is it?

But you see people like that all the time, don't you?

What a lousy director, lol (He was even worse than usual this time, lol)

He’s constantly giving orders, but he’s the kind of director who makes you do things over and over again—it’s just par for the course.

It’s a tendency often seen in directors who are a bit off the mark.

It's not a bad thing to be mistaken. Sometimes, it can actually lead to growth.

I heard that some directors are saying it would “tarnish their impressive track record”... (It’s true.)

A director must focus on effectively managing and running the set.

Just because specialized construction management is being subcontracted doesn't mean your job should be limited to simply handing over the KY forms.

Site Representative. What is your job? You really should think carefully about your work.

Think

Well, I guess that applies to me (and to all of you) as well.

It's important to clearly define your responsibilities.

By doing so, you'll gain a clear understanding of what you need to do.

Once you know what needs to be done, you can get ready, right?

Isn't every day we have simply a preparation for living tomorrow?

See you later.
