Hello, everyone.

Life in Vietnam is busy every day with all sorts of things.
The other day was my interview, so I went to the Japanese language school first thing in the morning for my skills interview.
Since this position is primarily for scaffolding work, we will assess candidates based on their ability to assemble and dismantle scaffolding.
I can't do any work on the slope or anything like that, lol.
We could actually have them do any kind of work, but since this is the nature of the internship, we’ll do our best to gain insight into their true character through these assembly and disassembly tasks.
It's really hard because I have to review it thoroughly in a short amount of time.
What I’m observing during this task is the workers’ gaze and the way they move.
Are you able to work while keeping an eye on your surroundings?
Can I do it correctly?
Will you notice the mistake?
What should you do when you realize you've made a mistake?
What about safety?
I’d like to take a close look at that.
Since the work itself is simple, it depends on how much you slack off, how laid-back you are, whether you’re the type to give orders or follow them.
It's actually pretty easy to find people who are fully committed to providing support. (Probably lol)
When hiring, I base my decisions on whether someone can give instructions, provide support, or work quietly and diligently.
We will hire three people from each company, so we will select them to form teams of three.
If there's an imbalance in the team, it will affect the Japanese players down the road.
Since it's playing at double speed, the total time required is around 15 minutes.
And this job interview is just the beginning.

This is the kind of atmosphere you'll find in the town.
It seems pretty dangerous because cars and motorcycles drive like crazy, but apparently there are surprisingly few accidents lol.
It's really great to see how vibrant countries with growing economies are.
