To Vietnam for Technical Intern Trainee Interviews | Day 1

Hello, everyone.

This is Enta.

Actually, I've been in Vietnam for the past few days.

So that means...!?

If that's what you're thinking, you're absolutely right.

I came here for an interview for next year.

Vietnam Airlines

We're planning on having five people this time, lol.

The new hires we brought on this year have all turned out to be relatively good employees, which has been a huge help.

I'm hoping we'll have some great candidates at this year's interviews, too.

In our case, we conduct fairly rigorous tests.

After all, that level of determination and stamina is required.

Craftsmen need patience and stamina. (Same goes for supervisors, lol.)

So we'll prioritize that when hiring.

And this time, I arrived a day early.

I really want to show you all and our employees a bit of Vietnamese culture, so I’d like to visit various places.

I think that if I can learn even a little bit about Vietnam, I’ll be able to relate to people more and enjoy my work more.

I'm looking forward to this interview for that very reason.

Of course, I'll show you the footage I shot, so stay tuned.

Last night, I tried crossing a crosswalk in Vietnam.

It's hard to imagine in Japan, but this is normal lol

And the traffic is really heavy.

There are an incredible number of motorcycles.

I'm hoping to capture some interesting footage tomorrow as well.

(This is strictly part of my job! lol)

See you later.
